Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check order status any time from My Account.
Product & Materials
What leather do you use?
Our pieces are made from full-grain, vegetable-tanned Crazy Horse leather. It's intentionally not treated to hide imperfections — over time it develops a rich patina that reflects how the piece has been used and carried.
Why does the leather look different from the product photos?
Because it's a natural material, some grain and color variation between pieces is normal and expected — it's part of what makes full-grain leather different from coated or corrected-grain leather.
How do I care for my leather goods?
Keep pieces away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. A leather conditioner applied every few months will keep the leather supple and support even patina development. Avoid harsh cleaners.
