What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — for example, stitching failure under normal use, or hardware that fails prematurely. If a piece fails due to how it was made, we'll repair or replace it.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and the natural aging/patina of the leather (this is expected, not a defect)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions
• Unauthorized alterations or repairs by a third party

How to Make a Claim

Contact us at altafnazinternational@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos. We'll let you know next steps, which may include sending the item back to us.

Who Pays Shipping

If we confirm the issue is a manufacturing defect, we cover return shipping. If a claim turns out to be normal wear rather than a defect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
