Return Window

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original condition.

How to Start a Return

1. Email altafnazinternational@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

What's Not Returnable

• Items showing signs of use beyond inspection
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Who Pays Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover shipping when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
