Our Story

ALTAFNAZ began with a simple idea: leather goods should be made to last a lifetime, not a season.

We're based in Tangail, Bangladesh, working with full-grain, vegetable-tanned Crazy Horse leather — a material chosen because it ages honestly. It scuffs, darkens, and develops a patina with use, and every mark becomes part of the piece's history rather than a flaw to hide.

Most affordable leather goods on the market aren't really leather at all the way through — bonded scraps, coated finishes, and construction built to survive a photo shoot rather than years of daily use. ALTAFNAZ exists as the alternative: full-grain hides, honest tanning, and pricing that reflects the material and the work, not a legacy name.

How We Work

Each piece is handcrafted rather than mass-produced on an assembly line — cut, stitched, and finished by hand rather than machine-stamped for speed. We'd rather make fewer pieces well than cut corners to make more.

Where We're Headed

We're growing carefully — going deeper into the categories we already know well before stretching into new ones, and staying leather-first the whole way: no vinyl, no shortcuts, nothing that won't still look right in ten years.
